San Diego is known as America’s finest city and it’s easy to see why. With so much to do and such amazing year-round weather, San Diego continues to be a travel destination for millions of new visitors each year.

For families looking for a day  with kids, visit The New Children's Museum, or sing “take me out to the ballgame" at Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres While in San Diego, don’t miss a visit to Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Petco Park. And get on the wild side with a visit to the San Diego Zoo.

There’s so much to do in San Diego, even most locals would agree they haven’t seen or done it all, yet… but one thing is for sure, when you visit San Diego, each day will be interesting with lots of shopping choices, thousands of restaurants, indoor and outdoor activities galore, it’s no wonder San Diego is America’s Finest City.

Be sure to tuck the kids in and enjoy some of the San Diego nightlife. Evening brings a whole new level of “fun” to San Diego. Enjoy the numerous pubs and nightclubs in the Gaslamp quarter next to Petco Park down.

Day or night, you’ll want to walk or bike along the  Embarcadero boardwalk for a stroll along the east side of San Diego Bay.  Your find the San Diego cruise terminal, the Navy Pier and Seaport Village. A must visit for any age is the  USS Midway Museum, the Star of India, or the Maritime Museum of San Diego. Next to the USS Midway, you’ll want to snap a pose in front of the famous “Unconditional Love” statue designed after Alfred Eisenstaedt's "V-J day in Times Square” PhotographLand or sea, there is adventure to be had. Whale watching, cruising the harbor, fishing and more are right at your fingertips at the Embarcadero.

Try to spend some time in some of San Diego’s cultural areas like Little Italy or China town.

North of San Diego is also worth the drive. With the Sea World just 15 min up the road and amazing La Jolla Cove, The Carlsbad Flower Fields and LEGOLAND (in Carlsbad) and San Diego Zoo Safari Park (in Escondido) all within a 30-40 min. drive from downtown San Diego.

And let’s not forget clean air and average year round temperatures in the 70’s. You’ll want to visit San Diego again and again. And if you’re a local, you just might want to spend more time getting to know your amazing city! Have fun!
